Short story... I cried. And am disappointed that they didn't continue the anime (time to go to borders).

Its ok, it has a bit more storyline than most harem anime/manga. The anime hasn't finished there's several OVA's and they're still coming out every few months and still follow the manga.

As for the manga though its pretty long, it has as many chapters as most older never ending storylines like naruto, fma, etc.

You should try the alternate story anime too its pretty good.
